So what have we been doing?
- Progressing the business plan for the Solicitors Regulatory Authority authorisation application. Its still not finished, but at every review, more items which were planned have been executed;
- Embedding a client management system;
- Shooting a video which provides an insight into Life Science Law’s value proposition;
- Taking on a number of new clients and providing solutions on a diverse range of matters, including:
- Drafting a MoU for a collaboration for the development of a supply chain inventory management system, which requires cross licensing and ownership of intellectual property;
- Advising on whether a homeopathic smoking cessation product, is classed as a medicinal product, and requires a marketing authorisation;
- Providing input into a NOAH (National Office of Animal Health) complaint regarding a promotional campaign;
- Supporting a business with some post acquisition matters, including novation of distribution arrangements, and putting place some new supply chain agreements;
- Drafting a discount and rebate agreement in relation to a pharmaceutical product, taking into account competition law considerations, industry regulations and anti-corruption laws.
So when I take the time to look back on the journey over the last month, I realise the answer is actually, quite a lot! The progress we are making is steady, and all going in the right direction. Yay, lets acknowledge and celebrate our achievements in January, and continue pushing forward on this amazing journey.
