I am an Argentinian qualified Legal Counsel, with over 15 years of experience, both in-house and in private practice. I have worked in different businesses across the globe, including Europe, Asia and America in industries as diverse as FMCGs and the automotive sectors.
I am currently located in the Netherlands, and I have spent the last 5 years working within the life science sector, which includes:-

Track Record
As the Legal Counsel EMEA and MLA at Centrient Pharmaceuticals B.V. in the Netherlands I was responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting agreements, providing legal support, assisting with litigation matters, and staying updated on relevant legal developments.
At Avery Dennison BV, provided corporate and commercial legal support to the business, which also included real estate and employment law. My responsibilities included drafting and reviewing agreements, managing employment and labor-related claims, and handling litigation matters.
At Asics Europe B.V. my work focused on real estate law, commercial and corporate law, trade law, retail, and franchise. I was also responsible for Compliance and Regulatory support. The role was broad and incapsulated legal advice, drafting and negotiating agreements, managing litigation and disputes.
In private practice, I was a Legal Associate at Silva & Ojeda Pithod Buffet in Argentina. I handled various legal matters, including commercial and corporate law, civil litigation, and international law. My responsibilities included courtroom advocacy, drafting legal documents, supporting international corporate strategies, conducting research, and providing legal and administrative support.
