I am a solicitor with over 30-year experience. I started my career as a scientist, studying Pharmacology before qualifying as a Solicitor. I have worked in or with the pharmaceutical industry throughout most of my career.

I am an accomplished lawyer and trusted commercial advisor with an extensive background in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. I have held director-level positions, providing strategic guidance and legal expertise to organisations. My experience spans various key areas, including leadership and strategic guidance at director level, transformational change and process improvement and advice on legal and compliance issues.

I have a proven track record of successfully handling major transactions, addressing significant competition law challenges, resolving disputes, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
